Payments Online
All online orders are processed through PayPal. Biggs & Featherbelle is a verified business member of PayPal. PayPal accepts all major forms of credit cards and electronic checks. The 'Add To Cart' option will put you into a PayPal shopping cart.

Phone Orders
Orders can be placed over the phone on Monday – Friday between the hours of  10am-6pm Eastern time. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are all accepted.

Other Payment Options
You can also mail your check, payable to Biggs & Featherbelle. Your order will ship as soon as the check has cleared at our bank. Contact us for shipping address.

Shipping to someone else?
If you would like any of these gifts shipped directly to the giftee, just make a note in "Special Instructions to seller" during checkout. Include the "To" and "From" info and any message you would like to include. Also, in the “shipping address”use the gift recipient’s address.

Sales Tax
Biggs & Featherbelle only collects sales tax from customers residing in Maryland. In other states, each customer is responsible for their own taxes.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs will be calculated in your shopping cart based on order total and shipping address.

Returns/Exchanges
We do not accept returns or echanges on products unless they are damaged products directly received from Biggs and Featherbelle.
