The quality and consistency of the butter is different. This has been my go to supplier but this change affected my products. I also emailed B&F, and followed up on that email with no response. Service level has declined and that’s disappointing.

Great customer service and great product!

I use this butter to make body butter and it is fantastic! The scent is light and it blends well with other butters and oils. I previously used Biggs and Featherbelle by purchasing from Whole Foods and was excited that I was able to purchase from their website instead of going in to the store (and it's cheaper online). My hair was thinning out due to medications. After two months of using this Shea butter, my hair has started to thicken and is Shedding less. It works wonders and instantly moistures my hair. I make a hair smoothie of it by combining it with leave- in conditioners and my hair loves it!

My mother-in-law turned me on to Biggs & Featherbelle. I needed it to bring color back from a dark spot. There are plenty places I can get shea butter but she knew this product would work because she's had good results. I must say she was correct. I have seen a major change in less than 2 weeks. I got the 8oz and it's more than enough. I shared it with my daughter.
